I had this idea because of the scrap mod issues I have, and it would fit in with the whole rebuilding the Commonwealth vibe that this mod DLC is inspiring!. The question is, can it be realized?

If I were more computer literate, which I attempted to learn way back when, I would totally be doing this stuff. To be honest, coding is as confusing to me as algebra, it simply does not compute. Lots of Love for those that can though!
