I destinctly recall changes all those,interaction animations. I think I can get rid of all that physics witgout needing a new nifI'm just going to post the other bugs in here.
Operator's Planning Desk:
- The Building Plans MILA has physics
- The terminal's marker is a little off, but it's not that bad:

Paladin's Planning Desk:
- The Buildings Plan bin has physics
- The Supplies Beacon has physics
- The interaction marker for the table is "terminal standing" again
I destroyed the Institute already, so no idea about the Institute desk...
edit: as a suggestion, the "working at the chem lab" marker might be fitting for the Railroad desk, with this thing from Tinker Tom standing there.
