Question Floating Clutter

Hi all! I know many have moved on to SS2 by now, but I started with SS1 not realizing there was a newer version... oops!
Anyways, I have been struggling with some weird item floating issues. I saw that a solution was to use this mod (as mentioned here), but it was set to hidden and is noted to be obsolete. This leaves me wondering what I need to do in order to correct some of the floating clutter. I've tried a refresh, changing plot types, reloading, leaving the cell and coming back, leaving the cell then reloading and then coming back, and still nothing. I don't normally use it, but I tried using "Scrap Everything" just to see if I could remove the clutter with that mod, and that didn't work either. I'm at a loss! If anyone has advice for me I would greatly appreciate it.

I dont know SS1 too well - if it has city plans they should reinstall the deleted items. But depending on how much youve deleted that you 'shouldnt' it might be broken for good. My early games I used Scrap Everything and they ended up broken.

If your on Steam go to the game page and have it check the files. That might catch some bugs. Then use a mod organizer to look for any conflicts.

You might try opening the console (If on PC) and cick on the paper and disable it. I think that just renders it hidden.

I only tried Scrap Everything in an attempt to fix it, but I didn't even have the option to scrap the objects with that mod, so I uninstalled it. I didn't touch anything with it.
I'll try using steam to repair the game files and see if that helps. At this point, I want to try refreshing the city again, but I worry that the city would reset back to Lvl0. Is that the case? If so, how long would it take to get back to Lvl1? TIA

Refreshing shouldnt lose your city level according to everything I know. Id say give it a try (after a nice save) :)
