I believe this quest is from this mod due to this being the only one I have but I can't seem to find the distress call and it seems no one else has been having problems with it. I have zero idea where to do because itf its fishing based would it be near water? I don't know. I'm patroling the Glowing Sea and its making me wish for a nuclear winter
