Solved Finding Ophelia

Ok, so... I shouldn't be posting these when I am annoyed so I hope I don't wind up sounding like a douche. Anyway. I got 4.0.9 installed, did Ophelia's fetch quest at the dead drop, went and raided Warwick (Seems every new quest starts after a raid) , and I returned to Sanctuary. I swear, I went into every house, behind every house, into back yards, front yards, the main road way, etc and I can't find Ophelia no where and Jammer nor Maul have any new quests. I hope the fetch quest wasn't the only new quest added, but I don't know, I can't find Ophelia to see if she has anything new she needs done. I was hoping for her Ref ID # so I could just 'moveto' myself to her or yank her (moveto) to me. But I can't find that, I poked at the mod file and it only has her base ID not her Reference ID. So.... Any tricks to finding Ophelia or anyone have her Ref ID # so I can summon her? Thanks! Jammer is easy, there is a constant quest "Help Jammer (or not) " that adds a perm Quest Marker, there is none for Ophelia. And it's like trying to find a needle in a haystack.

Loaded a previous save and clicked on her to get her Ref. Reloaded my current save and 'player.moveto 3D00AAC6" and found her on the roof of a house. The skanky little *****. >.< But, nope, no new quests. Raided Egret and, same, no new quests. That's a disappointment. Only the one fetch quest. So I'll wait until 4.0.10.

Unless I was suppose to violate her fragile trust and listen to her holotape. O.o

Rolled back to before that fetch quest. Nope, listening to the holotape didn't change anything so it *seems* like only one new very easy fetch quest for Ophelia. Unless I need to be in the Brotherhood doing their quests, which atm I am not, haven't even spoken to Elly or gone to Vault 114.
