Not a bug Finch Farm missing road after settlement upgrade?

The whole road for above the settlement is gone and I get floating objects, the thing is when I first went to finch farm the brige was definitely there, and the city was already pre built to I believe level 2, thing is, I think I visited it while it was upgrading and procceeded to call jammer to attack it , I was not allied yet tho, I just scouted the settlement for the first time and then went to jammer, I didn't think it would cause issues, some plots are missing structures too, I tried refreshing, and it didn't even properly finished removing everything before attempting to put it all together again, so no luck in there as well

Do you have any mods that edit Finch Farm, or mess about with precombines? The bridge/ road is not usually editable, but if another mod changed that I guess the tear down phase could have removed it and not have thought it necessary to build it again.
 
I don't have mods that mess with Finch Farm but Scrap Everything disables pre combines in settlements afaik, Im also using the re growth mod but from the boston FPS fix which I think actually makes pre combines better or something
 
The fact that other people haven't been saying me too, or posting the same issue elsewhere on the forum looks like you've hit something unusual and probably not a core bug. Guessing there is a good chance of a mod conflict, which on the plus side should be testable. If you try loading your save with all but the sim settlements mods active and see if the bridge is still gone. If it's back, you can narrow down the conflict by loading half your mods at a time, until you find the conflict. If not, hopefully someone more expert will have a better idea.
 
Turn off scrap everything
 
Scrap Everything could very well be the issue with the bridge but plots didn't finish either, even after refreshing, it looks as if a script got stuck somewhere between the upgrade then it stopped working all together, this doesn't happen in any other settlement, plots build just fine, also the option to ''refresh'' the settlement only got rid of a few items as I mentioned, so that didn't work properly either, Ive been using Scrap Everything with SS for a long time and this is the first time this happened .. if you take a closer look the bridge is not the only problem, buildings are missing and settlers are floating arond , that's a plot and that has nothing to do with pre combines I believe? :/
 
As you say its prolyl a script thing,when I was helping getting this plan ready for the city plan contest mega pack I had no problems with it.
I will test again and see if I can break it ;)
 
I'm having the same problem and for me all settlements extended seems to be the problem.
 
so turning off ASE fixed it for you?
 
I've had ASE off for a while now because it was increasing workshop load and causing crashes for me, I did had it enabled in this playthrough tho but I think I disabled it before going to Finch, not sure but regardless its off now and the bridge is not back / plot pieces are still missing in the settlement, it can still be stained on my save tho most likely

Which City Plan did you use for this? Likely we'll need to rebuild the scrap profile for it so that it is immune to the Scrap Everything problem.
