Feature request: "Waiting on Manual Upgrade approval" HOLO Icon

There's no easy way (other than using the ASAM Tracker that it seems not many people have noticed exists yet) to tell when plots are ready to Manual Upgrade, but waiting for you to manually approve them. The addition of an extra icon in the HOLO HUD to signify this would be very useful. (if one already exists, it doesn't display for me at least)
No idea what symbol would best signify that though, I'm no UI designer. Hammer with a questionmark behind it maybe?

For me, when a plot has an upgrade available and all requirements are met for the upgrade, the red hammer icon for 'plot operating costs' not being met shows up. When I click on the ASAM for these plots I get 'Operating, Upgrade Available' It does seem to take quite a while for the icons to update when you enter a settlement you haven't been to in a while.

Hm, I'm using those settings you helped me figure out the other day, and it's not doing that for me?
Regardless, a UNIQUE icon for that specific case would still be appreciated.
 
Having a yellow icon on the second or third row would be a very distinct and appreciable bit of UI, if only to help denote that the plot is still operating as intended (which the red icons appear to show otherwise) but requires manual input nonetheless.

"Operating. Upgrade Available" is what I get normally. Sometimes it's the "Operating. Can't afford upgrade costs" which is discussed here:
