Fast Travel Targets

I found myself in Abernathy Farm every time I tried to go to Red Rocket. Turns out that there was a Fast Travel target for Red Rocket in the middle of Abernathy Farm. I scrapped that and created a new one at Red Rocket and that problem went away. So next it was Sunshine Tidings and Tenpines, only the target was outside the settlement area so it took me multiple tries to run outside and scrap it.

And now I'm back to Abernathy Farm instead of Red Rocket.

Is there any easy way to disable and undo this? Or am I going to have to toss Sim Settlements and start a new game?

You could try to Rebuild Local data in the City Manager Holotape, see more info on the wiki here.

(I think this could happen if you uninstall a mod that adds new settlements, and if you did this you would have to revert to a save from before you uninstalled that mod or start a new save, since removing settlements will corrupt game data.)
