I like the fact that they exist and make the settlements more themey. However I do not like the fact they just start appearing randomly anywhere they want.
Could they be changed to a more meaningful thing? I really dont want to get rid of them entire with the option to turn them off. Yet I would like to see some sort of incentive for a player to actually use them.
Like say each quest, raid, etc you perform gives you X unique items. Then those unique items are used as part of the construction cost to decorate your settlement.
Then since the decorations would be somewhat limited you could do something like give the decorations a happiness bonus similar to the Creation Club's rugs, plants, etc.
