Bug Error in Papyrus Log

Haven't built anything SimSettlement-wise in the game this came from. Just was curious as to what it is, and if it's important. Any insight appreciated. This is from a load order sorted by LOOT.

From what I read it's not the Sim Settlement, it's the mod of JTBryant. The correct forum would have been: https://simsettlements.com/site/index.php?forums/bug-reports.53/

Yes it looks like it's being caused by my mod, however,since I have completely gutted it to get ready for the expansion I can't track it down anymore.

Totally looking forward to the expansion, and the add-ons. I'm trying to stabilize my game so that I can actually commit to a playthrough. I'm having CTD issues, and though I'm sure this error isn't causing it, since I came across it, figured I'd report it on the board. Keep up the great work!
