Egret Tours Marina Bugs for RotC

yeah i have been going round checking out all my settlements and changing them up a bit (Finaly trying out some addons so mixing buildings up a bit) And i have been spotted this at quite a fgew places around the commonwealth.

Yeah it pretty much seems like its at all or most settlements which have foundation plots, Maybe move these posts to a more general one now seeing its not just egret :P

Edit: I also noticed another thing, in murkwater there was a tree blocking the sensor, so i grabbed it to move it just to see exacly were it was, turns out there is a duplicate of the tree within it aswell so it goes further than just foundations, Finding these and solving them could definatly go a long way in performance optimisation.

I got a really annoying bug with Egret Tours, when I placed down the desk for the first time the donation supplies looked exactly like my County Crossing one, but I didn't think much of it. When I came back to check up on it, my settlers were complaning about lack of food and beds despite the city being level 1 with multiple agricultural and residential plots. I checked the owners of the plots, and they're connected to the settlers in County Crossing. I can't assign the Egret Tours settlers to the plots either, it tells me 'This resource cannot be assigned to this NPC' in the left-hand corner of the screen. I tried fast-travelling to County Crossing to check if it was having the same problem, but it just sent me back to ETM instead. Is this a common bug? I wouldn't say it's game breaking but it's definitely a pain in the ass when my current playthrough is ROTC-based.

Bug: Egret Tours Marina City Planner's Desk missing

I'm also reporting this bug. When Egret Tours Marina upgraded to level 3, the city planner's desk disappeared. In the previous post, msalaba just created a new one & was happy to continue on. Unfortunately, I can't do that because the city has maxed out the build limit so I can't add anything new. I've gone around & scrapped whatever junk I can find (leaves, rocks, etc.) but that didn't help. The build limit is still maxed out. Would someone please give me the console code for the city planner's desk so I can add one via the console.
PS
I'm using SS version 3.3.0 3-in-one.

In the City Manager Holotape...
Tools>Configuration Tools>Build limit -- Increase Max

I found this wonky bug after Egret Tours Matina upgraded to lvl 3.

The residential plot used to have a house frame around it on lvl 1 and 2, but when it the settlement upgraded to lvl 3, the house frame disappeared, and i got a floating beam and shelf instead. I did try to refresh the settlement twice, but it didnt seem to do much.

A couple of minor things...
When using designer's choice there's a Corner Pallet internal plot upstairs next to the city planner's desk. Two internal plots to the left, side-by-side. The one on the left is Corner Pallet and I think the right one is Gourmand. Anyway, the Corner Pallet plot is backwards and after it upgrades the door is blocked. It just needs to be rotated 180 degrees.

Another plot is the Prime Meats plot at the far end of the marina next to the water. The shack door is to the left but the plot entrance is to the right. I have to switch the door and wall as well as the placed navigation meshs.

Also, I get double general store managers in the shop at the center of the docks. So, I have to delete one of them otherwise I have two settlers standing in one spot! I can't delete it without enabling extra items in Place Everywhere and have to command the settlers to move before I can select the idle/store to delete one.
