Editing vendor restock time

If anybody who knows fo4edit better could point me in the right direction; I would like to edit vendor restock times to be way longer than they are now on survival. I have no idea where to start looking

It might be easier with the CK. Select Actor and filter for "Vendor." Look at how they setup workshop vendors. I can't remember if the restock time is a property on a script or a global variable. I'm pretty sure its handled by a script, but I can't remember for sure.
