Downtown Boston Crash on Xbox (possible fix)

This seems to be a problem for many on all platforms. I am on Xbox.

Has anyone ever used this MOD Boston - Less Enemies by Abyssi for Xbox or something similar on PC?
Trying to make Downtown Boston at least accessible for quests. Has anyone found a work around? I am going to test it and see if it helps at all.

The MOD cuts down the NPC and turret spawns and author has left quest related NPCs alone. This only affects the Downtown Boston area. Example given was if 75 NPCs could spawn, this will cut it to 9 or 10.

Is the Boston FPS Fix available on xBox? That's the only one I can think of.

Not sure but I have read that some of those performance fix MODs don’t always do what they are supposed to on consoles. Because most mods were made for and on PCs, they don’t translate over to consoles. Especially PlayStation. Specifically on PS4, Nytrys performance mod was supposed to do this but actually made it worse. That’s according to someone else. They created a mod guide that explains all this and more in detail.
But, it worth a shot.
