Old Post Don't want to be a raider (yet)

Are there any improvements I would gain from installing Conquer if I didn't want to be a raider? Should I just keep Rise installed?

The biggest feature Conqueror offers to non-raider players, is the pre-starting your game with City Plans built.

I'll also be releasing a faction toolkit in the near future to allow mod authors to introduce other factions that can use the attack system.
