Does Robot Morale Officer actually work?

I'm using Ted's Leader Pack, which adds Supervisor White as a settlement leader with the Robot Morale Officer attribute. I put her in charge of Graygarden, but I'm still showing a -10 robot happiness penalty with 6 robots and 12 human settlers.

(I did notice that the attribute name is misspelled as "Moral Officer" on her leader display. Would that prevent it from working?)

It worked last I checked... Can you try putting Codsworth in charge to see if things change?

How long should it take to see a difference after changing leaders? I assigned Codsworth and waited around for about five minutes, but the happiness report did not change.

Ok, so next step would be to assign a non-robot leader and see if it changes. The change should definitely occur within 5 minutes.

I've seen the same thing happen with my report, but I don't know if the reported happiness penalty is happening or not. My Graygarden is too new to get a high happiness with. I'll keep an eye on it, though. I have Codsworth leading Taffington and the happiness there is in the high 70s, though I don't recall a penalty being shown there either. I'll check that, too.

EDIT: Checked on Taffington, no penalty shows up with him as the leader in the report. Supervisor White may just be programmed incorrectly by the mod author.
