I've noticed as an add-on author that the building confirmation popups do not display automatically when selecting a building, only when your building plan is selected randomly. That's very unfortunate, as I know I've put a lot of information in there about the plan - including what resources it consumes, what resources it produces, etc. etc. Even some pointers about placement and power poles, but unless it pops up in a random select the player will never see it. I've also seen other building confirmation popups from other add-on authors that had great information, but I forgot it after seeing it that one time.
Why not add an option in the ASAM sensor menu that displays that if one was created for the building plan? I think this would be very helpful for me for when I am actually playing the game and as an add-on maker I think it would give players a good opportunity to see more information about the plan or refresh their memory if they saw the information for a split second and then forgot it.
