disease and world population toggle?

so, is there be a toggle for the disease and concord (and other area around settlements) world population in the chapter 2 MCM tab? I ask cuz being able to turn those off would really help with mod compatibility for those that want it, and if it isnt a thing they should be implemented ASAP

Edit: for disease I spesificly meant with it effecting companions
