Closed Disappearing ASAMs and flags

Hello, all.

Latest update seemed to have caused a weird issue. ASAM sensors and martial plot flags do not seem to be working correctly.

I just lost all of them in Red Rocket. This includes IND plots, martial plot and even farms.

My other settlements seem to have these. However, I just built a new martial plot to Starlight Drive-in and ASAM sensor disappeared from it. I had to reload the game to get it back.

Reloading, refreshing plots, or forcing calculation haven't yet fixed the Red Rocket plots. It is not a big deal yet, but it will get bigger, once I need to place new plots there.

Problem may disappear, if I spend more time away from the area. I haven't yet tried that, because this is a fairly new game. I just wanted you guys to be aware that I am seeing this problem and ask, if someone else is seeing similar issues.

Edit: I just came to think something that might be relevant. My character was in the Red Rocket settlement, when I updated Sim Settlements.

Configuration manager ran there for Ultra settings. I made sure that ASAM sensors and flags are active after that. As said, they do appear in other settlements, though Starlight Drive-in guard plot ([SS] Checkpoint) was glitching at first.

Have you tried the Immersion Breaker Breaker on any of the plots?

I have, but that did nothing.

I scrapped few plots entirely and replaced them with completely new SS plots. Now those plots seem to have ASAM sensors, but even standard building times will take a very long time. SS gives notifications about settler finishing a factory in Red Rocket, while they are not even done.

I made a fast visit to every other settlement my character currently controls. Problem is unique to the settlement, where I was, when I updated Sim Settlements to it's current status.

Wind Farm plague showed that plot Power is -1. I will keep the profile and saves in MO2 for further study, but I believe that it is time to restart the game again.

I have had this happen a few times I just turn off asam visual option whait a couple minutes then turn it back on then it comes back after a minute or so. Also I noticed that sometimes on damaged plots the asam will be gone and production is reduced or gone. noticed the lots needed repair after I went into build mod to replace the plot. I repaired the plot and and the asam and production returned. Settlement must have been attacked while I was away again

I actually tried that. It didn't work. I even ran to Home Plate and spent few days around Diamond City, just to test that out.

It is possible that your settlement got indeed attacked. Mine didin't. I believe something just got badly stuck, when I was standing in the middle of developing Red Rocket, when I updated Sim Settlements and ran the configuration tool.

Not a big deal at this point. I mostly wanted to point out that the bug like this was plausible. I am currently redoing my modlist, to try out the deficit mode again. My previous experience with it was glitchy, but release notes mentioned that update fixed calculation errors from it.

Let us know if something like this happens again. I tried to replicate it and was unable, and I have some truly messed up saves to work with. Since I have not seen a report like this one I'm going to mark this thread as closed. I will keep it watched so if you want to add anything I will see it. Also if you want you can put your save in Dropbox (or something similar) and send me the link (owenho@att.net) and I'll check it out.
