Solved Default RoTC City Plan for Nuka World Red Rocket MIA

Was going to post this in the bug reporting section but it said to post here first before so...

I wiped out the three raider gangs in Nuka World (with the help of the Minutemen using both the Minutemen Take Over Nuka World mod in combination with the Minutemen Overhaul mod) . I go and restore power to the park. Thus I gained access to the Workshop at the Red Rocket in Nuka World. So I head on over, build a City Planner Desk, click on the blue print and no default RotC plan available. O.o
 
That is one of 3 settlements that don't have a City Plan by default (the other 2 being Spectacle Island and Boston Airport).

We included a City Plan for Nuka World Red Rocket in Conqueror and the City Plan Contest entries mod has one as well. Unfortunately, both of those plans are raider-themed. I'm not aware of any faction neutral or minute-man themed City Plans for that settlement yet.
 
Maybe someday then? It would be cool to support both sides of the coin. :D Either a raider build if you do the raider quests or a normal Minutemen type settlement if you wipe out the raiders. Could be set to unlock depending on if you finish Open Season or Power Play. :D
