CTD when assigning unique settlers to new plot types.

I just finished "New plots on the block" and I have tried assigning Lily to the commercial plot like she wanted. After I do this she just stands around for a bit, then after a couple minutes I get a CTD. It also happens when I try to assign Randy Addams to a martial plot. I should mention that they auto assigned themselves to an agriculture plot, so they are switching from plot to plot.

I decided to do some troubleshooting myself before posting this, and I may have solved the problem.
It seems like going from plot to plot is the issue. I assigned them to a normal scavenging station first, then to the commercial and martial plots, and there has been no CTD. But this seems like an issue that you may want to know about.
