CTD issues in Sanctuary (I know, I know)

Hello,

So i have been reading around about some of the issues with the triangle of death, and I am trying to figure out, if I have run into that problem, or if it may be something else that's causing the problem (would like to salvage my save game if I can, but if not, well, I will deal with that), anyway my load order is below:

I used loot to organize this but who know there may be a better way of fixing this, also was running scrap everything and ended up turning that off since reading everything here about it, I do know that turning it off will respawn everything, but will it also restore the nav paths, or is my save screwed now not matter what (also tried the precombine mentioned in another post here, but when I turned off scrap everything I also turned that one off. Lastly also ended up turning off buildlimitremover after I realized that SS already had that in it, so again, dont know if that screwed up my save or not. I used fallrim to check, and I didn't have any unattached skripts, and my active scripts were 19.

Sorry, but your save is screwed. Best to start again with a new game. Scrap anything is a no go, and stopping or deleting on the same save is heading for game crashes.
