CTD in city with fuel depot in starlight

I've had very few problems with Sim Settlements until now, but I recently built my first fuel depot, in starlight. Ever since I got the notification that the upgrade was complete, I've been unable to fast travel to, or even approach the settlement on foot without getting a CTD. (I can fly over it somewhat with a vertibird, but I CTD on landing).
I'm running the 3-in-1 version 3.5. (With the extra scripts for ROTC)
May also be worth noting that I have workshop plus, which hasn't really been working.
If anyone can tell me how to deal with this without loading an old save and/or being unable to use the fuel depot, I'd appreciate it.

I doubt it's the fuel depot itself, that's likely circumstantial - this sounds like a save file corruption. It's unfortunately common at Starlight Drive-in and a few other settlements when you exceed the vanilla build limit by too much.

I'd suggest getting to the edge of Starlight (however close you can safely get without crashing) and running the Remote Destruct Tool in the holotape. If it detects Starlight, you can probably blow the place up and salvage the thing. If not, it's likely a corruption in the save file.

So, can these corrupted save files be fixed?
Tried visiting Starlight for the first time in a LONG time and the same applies to me now:
Fast travel - crash
Walk to from any direction - crash.

If the remote destruct tool works for you, it could just be that the crashing is simply too much being rendered in the cell rather than a corrupt save.

The only way you can occasionally rescue a corrupted save file in my experience, is to disable a bunch of mods - though that ends up introducing problems of its own in your save. So generally no, there's nothing you can do about a save corruption.

It seems funny though.
I finished that city build a long time ago and I've visited it plenty of times after that with no issue.
Haven't added anything to it and hadn't visited in a few months.
Decided to go there the other day and BAM!! CTD!!
Can't get near it now. Will be a shame to destroy it. Put a lot of time and effort into it.

Cheers

P.s
Just had a thought:
Can too much stuff building up in a workbench cause CTD??
I ask because I have quite a lot of industry in that city build and the excess gets stored in the workbench.

The only items in storage I've seen cause a crash are the Shipments - but you have to have thousands of them for that to happen.

Well.....
It would seem as it was the Add-on pack by PawPaw that was causing Starlight and The Castle to CTD.
The Author uploaded an update and it fixes my CTD problem.
I'm a happy guy again. :)
