Solved Crash on fast travel [x1]

So I am aware of some other folks having this issue but the suggested solution isnt working. I have a settlement at starlight with 27 plots and the issue is when I fast travel to or from this location or anywhere within a map grid of it regardless of what way its facing it crashes and just closes the game with no error message or anything then corrupts the save made. Just to lay out the basics details of the settlement so people know this isnt a technical issue with the xbone from me over exerting it I have built no additional structures outside of some junk fences, have no mods outside of the 3 in 1, conqueror, and both mega packs, and the settlements itself is as I said 27 plots and pop is 11. Good news is theres no issue traveling to places like Abernathy so the walk isnt horrible but its bizzare.

Edit: settlement pop is 10 not 11 and also it seems I forgot I had the ufo4p in this playthrough if that is somehow an issue.

Edit 2: the problem actually appears to be a bit larger then I originally thought. Walked over to Concord to try and fast travel out to the diamond city and I got the same result

From one xbox player to another, I think you've built too much. For me, consistently crashing or freezing in a settlement is almost always a sign I've built too much.

How much of the vanilla build limit have you actually used? I don't mean what does the meter look like. When you can get in, run the recalculate build limit tool in the configuration tab of the City Manager Holotape or at the CP Desk. It's the recalculate actual use option.

My guess is that atm you are very near or actually over the build limit. If this is the case, you can then try running the increase build limit tool. Might help. Tbh, Last time I got anywhere near 20 plots in Starlight, my game turned into a cluster hump and freeze fest. But I suppose individual results might vary.

10 or so plots, fully leveled, plus a structure for 10+ beds and then miscellaneous other things, has my starlight very near the vanilla build limit in the game I've got going now. But before I ran the recalculate actual use tool, the meter showed I had much more space to work with. I was hoping to maybe push 14 or 15 plots, but stopped at 10 because as it was it was smooth as silk. I no longer enjoy my settlements being deadlier and more frightening than deathclaws.

After numerous play throughs I've come to see Starlight as something of a booby trap. It's big and wide open. The temptation to make a giant sim settlement there is great. I've scaled back my expectations and plans for Starlight and have been better off for it.

So thanks for the response first and foremost. I have run it and it still showing 80-85% roughly but I am trying an increase. The weird thing is like i said it's only when fast traveling. If I walk to the location no problems what so ever even if I'm inside the settlement I'm still fine which is why it's so weird to me.

Victorian Doss house.

So I think I've got it sort of fixed. Recently it's just kinda stopped. If anything it should be worse considering there has been 2 massive waves of upgrades but ever since I've saved preston garvy (maybe before, all I know is I fast traveled immediately after to starlight without thinking and it didnt crash) I've had no crash and I've done it about 10 or 11 times now to make sure it wasnt a fluke. I just dont get it but screw it solved I guess.

This plot causes a CTD at level 2: "[VT] Stack'em High by Samutz" from the year 2 pack, so you can try and pull this out of the blueprints. This could be a case where a glitching plot at n level upgraded to n+1 and poof no more glitch because n+1 doesn't do it.
