I posted about this a day or two ago. The issue is in the meshes themselves. The material/texture paths use, what I am assuming is, an old file structure for the mod. I took a quick gander at the meshes and (hopefully) fixed the 3 mentioned, which are Drug Yard 2/3 and Drug Den 3. I've uploaded them, if they can be any use to you. I've only tested drug yard level 2 in my own game, but it was mostly a copy paste job, so hopefully the other two are fine.
