Fixed Constant crashes

Ever since I installed Conqueror, I've been getting constant crashes at random times. I started multiple new games, and my crashes usually occur near the Museum of Freedom and Red Rocket. I'm on ultra settings, have a high-end PC, and use the auto-building settlements from Conqueror.

I use the suggested Papyrus script ini tweaks in the SS wiki, I also did the ini tweaks to enable modding.

I did not get these crashes prior to installing Conqueror.

I'm getting a lot of crashes too. Seems that maybe Sim Settlement scripts might be lagging or something? The issue I'm getting is that when I click a plot or ASAM, the menu won't come up for roughly 15- 20 minutes later. Further, I seem to be unable to assign anyone during this time and the settlement side menu doesn't appear. I think maybe this is what causes the game to crash?

Things were going fine yesterday, but as I started conquering more and more settlements, it's like scripts are slowing down or something.

I also have started to see a lot of crashes, but they were always near new settlements (Slog, County, Bunkerhill, lastly Jamaica Plain). I also cannot get the interior plot (E) of any settlement I control to do anything other than click.

I am having this issue at Red Rocket, which is a slaver outpost. The plot options won't load unless I fast travel to some distant city, then they will. The game consistently crashes if I am near Red Rocket. A few things to note: I have a supply line from red rocket to my regular settlements as well as having the slave-based one to my main outpost; I recently reinstalled the game, and the enslaved in Red Rocket are all called "settler" and I cannot trade with them, but, I think I had the slow script issue before the reinstall.

I reverted back to a save before the takeover, and took over Red Rocket against as a slaver outpost. So far, the plot options menu is responsive. I kept the supply line crossover.

There was a definitely a huge issue with script backup that was fixed with the 4.0.0a hotfix for SS and Three-in-One.

If you're receiving a lot of crashes, and City Plans have never been a problem for you in the past, try loading your save file in Fallrim Tools, and look at the ActiveScripts section.

If the number is in the hundreds, this is almost certainly the cause of your crash.

After loading the 4.0.0a hotfix, give it a few minutes and it will clear out all of the stuck scripts, then save and check again. Your ActiveScripts should settle down to under 20.

If you aren't seeing a large number of scripts, you could be one of those unfortunate folks who is going to be unable to take advantage of the full gambit of City Plans, as they push the Fallout 4 engine pretty hard, and certain hardware combinations seem to just buckle under it. Doesn't appear to have a lot of consistency to it, as we've seen systems of all sorts handle all City Plans without issue, and systems of extremely high end CTD constantly even on lower level CPs.
