No Response Conqueror pre-built settlements.

I read the info on Nexus Mods. Currently downloading and have yet to install. Can pre-built settlements be applied to a game already in progress that is currently using SS? Can I still play as normal until I'm ready to conquer?

Sorry if this was posted already or if I didn't comprehend the info on the mod.

You need to start a new game for the pre-built settlements.
