Old Post Complex City plans

So I just started a new playthrough with the intention of using some complex plans in my cities. I did not find the complex plans from nexus so I considered that they had been included back in the main file. I am using 3-in-1. However, when I started my Sanctuary with complex plan set on in the holotape, It seemingly still put up the basic smaller version. So I am asking here that is there some file I missed in the nexus or is the mod bugging out on me or what?

Do you have complex city plans turned on in the holotape? Options > Performance options

complex city plans are not included in the main SS mod, they are separated files, you install them like any other mod

Yes well the thing I would like to know is where can I find them? They do not seem to be on nexus under Kinggaths name or findable by searching for city plans. Thats why I am asking.

Seen those already. Kinggath said that complex plans are in nexus for users who want them so thats what is confusing me. Its not a must for me but would have wanted them. Thanks for trying.

Thank you very much pek2000. I did not think to look there at all. I thought that it would be a seperate mod. Dont use nexus all that much, mainly bethnet for convenience.

Tried with new save and some complex plans enabled starting with sanctuary. And nothing. Still it gives the optimized version to me or atleast it shows that 15 settlers max in the beginning. I think that with these original RotC plans it shows the maximum immediately.

I am using the ingame launcher along with 3-in-1 downloaded from bethnet. From what I understand, it should not cause any issues. Complex plans are loaded after 3-in-1 and I cannot even move them anywhere else. Is there something I have missed?

Complex plans are enabled in the performance menu and I know my computer should be able to handle the complex plan as well. Did so back before these optimized plans came up.

Never mind, I realized after a good night sleep that I need to separately choose the complex plan to get it. Apparently performance menu simply enables it to be chosen. Thanks to all who helped.
