Old Post Command for linking?

Ok, I'm one shelf away from finishing my 3rd vanilla city on far harbor, I'm going to assume that when I get around to Dalton's Farm i will have all the same issues I had with the other 3. So... is there a command that will link everything in the untouched settlement at once? Note that at echo lake at least, exporting all non player items in TS and importing into a scrapped settlement (scrapall) didn't get everything.

After working on the FH optimized plans, KG found out Far Harbor has some funky linking going on. But, I "think" he worked his wizardry and will have a fix for it shortly.
