Comm Hub quest.

I've run into a bit of a wall, the last quest I did was turning on the power in Concord and then activating the Comm hub with Jake. The device malfunctions and Jake advises that he's going to tinker with it and will be in touch in a few days. Fast-forward to the quest notification prompting me to listen to Jake's radio station. When I do nothing plays and I don't get any new quest prompts, can't find Jake at his workshop either. Currently reloading older saves to see if maybe it's a corrupt file but just wanted to see if anyone else has experienced this and may have tips? Many thanks.

The radio signal's meant to point you to where Jake is at now, which is just near the Charles View Amphitheater on the river through the middle of Boston. - the new mod version not quite 24 hours ago was meant to have fixed this issue with the radio not playing, but going there to meet him will continue the quest anyway.

I see, yeah I was hoping that updating would solve it which I did this morning when the issue first arose, using the most current version of SS2. But I will follow up with your advise. Thank you very much.

Hopefully it does, but please let us know what happens for ya.

Back on track, everything worked exactly as described. Still weird that the radio didn't play anything, even leaving it on while approaching the location, maybe just a heads up for the team, but otherwise thanks for the help. Love the mod and the support, great work.

This has been a recurring complaint on the forums since basically Day 1 of SS2 being available to the public; I've never narrowed down what causes it, but my best estimate is still some kind of mod conflict due to how Radio Signals work (they have to have, effectively, their 'broadcast frequency' set - so if another mod used the same frequency...)
