Not a bug Color or texture problem

Color or texture appears to be off. Don't know why. Inside the shop, one area displays as purple.
This is on an Asus GX800, so it should be powerful enough to render correctly.

Do you have the Slocum's Joe Creation Club Pack? If you do not, you will need to get the latest version of the Mega Pack Year One. This building is only supposed to build if you have that CC Pack.

Have the Mega Pack Year One (ver 1.0.2 which I believe is the latest ver) installed using Nexus Mode Manager.
The game tried to build this as "Franchise Kit by Kinggath".
Did do a reinstall of the Mega Pack Year One mod to see if that would correct the problems (didn't).
I do run most of the Sim Settlement mods, but don't think they are causing a conflict.
I have seen these colors on a couple of houses in the start of building. (delete them and choose others).
Corrupted file? Reinstall something?
P.S. Outstanding work you guys are doing.

you have to install manually NMM cause those things with larger files.

The color denotes a missing texture.

It is important that you let us know what version of the Mega Pack Year One you are using? Also do you have the Creation Club: Coffee and Doughnuts Workshop Pack?
This is a known problem with the 1.0.0 and 1.0.1 version of the Mega Pack, it was corrected in the 1.0.2 version. Please let us know the answers to the two questions above.

Was running Mega Pack Year One version 1.0.2. Did a full uninstall/delete of the mod, then reinstalled (1.0.2).
Don't have Creation Club: Coffee and Doughnuts Workshop Pack.
Slow to respond, because have been trying to correct problem myself.

Well, the plot should not be available to you as you do not have the CC Coffee and Donuts pack. The goofy color is because you do not have the actual colors from that CC Pack. If you could, please see if you can change a new or different commercial plot to the kinggath Franchise Plot. If you can please let us know as that should not happen. In any event, unless you get the CC: Coffee and Donuts Pack the items that are only in that will appear as a single color (in your case Purple). I do not have the CC: Pack and I cannot build the plot.

You are spot on. After reinstalling Mega Pack Year One, kinggath Franchise Plot would show up in the list and start, but then change to another plot type. So I got the CC: Coffee and Donuts Pack just to see if that corrected it. Rebuild the Franchise Plot and as you thought, it does correct the texture.
