SS2, WSF, their supportingmods, SS2 Plans, and a few tools. Adult if for gore and blood in the raider mod.

It links to SS2 1-3, Workshopframework, WS Plus, City Contest Assistant, and every single plot design I can find.

Also Buffout4 and its Address Library, Cheat Terminal, Settlement Objects Unlocked, MCM, Place Everywhere, Raze/Clean my settlement, Throw Money at SS2.

Optionals are elevator buttons fix, One of my layouts for an example, Skip Sanctuary prolog, and the unofficial patch.

Its meant to get you into the game and building fast. Im planning to add more optional files as I come across them and do a version using this as a springboard to build something you can play :D

As long as every addon maker/mod author is fine with it, this is nice I'm very confused though, why is Workshop Framework optional?

Because workshop framework was installing workshop plus - I had that briefly optional. I think I got it cleared up. Thanks.

Raze/Clean my settlement

Raze/Clean my settlement should NOT be used for the contest.

I still think Yagisan’s Wabbajack is the best option for builders, and it comes with very responsive tech support. It is updated every month for the contest.
