Commonwealth got you down? Tired of the daily grind? You need a vacation! Visit Coastal Cottage - the vacation destination of the Commonwealth. Have a delicious meal at one of our onsite eateries and a relaxing drink at the bar, visit our museum or try your hand at one of our games. Too tired to walk home? We also have onsite lodging.
Coastal Cottage Vacation Destination City Plan support 16 settlers and contains the following:
4 Residential plots (plus extra beds)
3 Agricultural plots
2 Industrial plots
3 Municipal plots
2 Marital plots
4 Commercial plots
5 Recreational plots
Additionally at L2 there is an assignable guard post at the entrance and at L3 an assignable ticket vendor in the garage (you will need to open the garage door if it is closed).
At L3 there is an arcade and "Fun" House that contains a frightening surprise upon exiting. At L3 there is also a small player home with a primitive and somewhat private bath. The home provides roof access to the overlook area on the roof of the pizza place.
