Hey

I have a weird thingy going on.
Every time I use WS+ in a mod added (or using : player.placeatme c1aeb) the CLONE thingy stop working.
Eveven the FLY and Speed-buff to some times.
I tried move WS+ around in my LO but no go.

Is there something I can remove/add via xEdit or something else ?

I cant play without this any more, lol ...

Loadorder wise WSFW must be above SS and WS+ or you will have problems with movement.
The clone issue with the placeatme cmd usually means the item is not linked to the workbench so can't be cloned. If an object doesn't have an ID starting with ff after you spawned it, it means something is stopping it being linked to the workshop.

I don't know, but if this a new thing happening something has changed, another mod installed, a change in LO maybe?
Are you using pbp for building?

Not atm.

When Im ready I gonna put up around 30 BP.
For the moment Im trying to fix a few bugs I have and move all my builds over to a new playthru :/

Its weird, cuse in the original settlement it works perfect
Its only in added WB WS+ get weird.

My naive guesstimate as to what’s happening:

If you’re cloning in a workbench with placeatme rather than creating it in build mode, the workshop scripts aren’t getting the opportunity to connect it properly with the local workshop.

This will also cause WS+ to have fits, because the appropriate WS+ internals don’t get the opportunity to update. (No real idea why that might be causing issues with the flying, cloning, etc.)

Two things that you can try:

1/ store the workbench in the workshop then re-place it

2/ console yourself the Local Leader ability so that you can create the workbenches normally through workshop mode

#2 is obviously the best method.

If you want, check my Easier Perks mod - it has a few optional bat files that may be useful to you. It will at least reduce the level requirements for your builder character to get things like Local Leader and Science and the like.

That way you don’t have to use the console to bring in things like workbenches and water purifiers and the like. One batfile gives the picket fences magazines - though you will need to repair your build menu, doing that in one hit seems to break them.

I might add a “addlocalleader” batfile to the mix, will give it some thought tonight.

Im 1500hrs in on this play-thru, using CheatTerminal for the perks to ^^
And the problem is about I can't clone when using a mod added WS/settlement or "player.placeatme c1aeb"
