When applying a city plan having a popup that says 'the city uses fauxpower and would I like to use it too?' wouldnt go amiss :D
Having a spot for included mods would be great. Esp if you can add checkboxes so you can add or turn off required mods.
An option to block creation club content in the city plan helper would be excellent.
