Hey there! I haven't found a similar problem searching the posts here: I started a new playthrough with Sim Settlements installed (and a bunch of other mods) and after I finished the quest to take back Fort Independence I noticed that when building a city planner desk and trying to pick a city plan, the list shows up empty. It doesn't say there are no plans available, it just shows an empty list. However, when I assign a leader to the settlement, the game asks me to whether to tear everything down and then builds a (random?) building plan. Furthermore, when I use the ASAM sensor of any plot in any settlement (I've tried a few) the list of plots to choose from is either empty or contains very few entries that seem to randomly change on each attempt. To me it looks like the list is loaded incompletely since even the *random* entry on top is missing most of the time. I have used SS in an old game before and it worked well and I've played about 30 hours with this latest playthrough, also no problem so far. I've tried deactivating some mods I added lately, but it doesn't change anything. Has anybody ever experienced this behavior? What can I do to find out what the problem is? Thx!
