Fixed City Manager tape not loading up the plans. (Xbox One)

Hello,

I have Sim settlements 3 in one as well as Conqueror installed(along with the workshop mod required) with a few weapon mods and the living dismemberment mod installed.

I started a new game and got the tape (there was three for some reason and I tried all three or just picking up one) but when I used it, and I hit ok and it repeated the same process again no matter how many times I clicked it on my Xbox one or reloaded my save or restarted the game. Am I doing something wrong or am I missing anything?

Thanks and also here is my mod order below:

To be clear, there were three City Manager holotapes in the Museum of History instead of one, or did three separate holotapes appear in your inventory?

Yes, there were three of them all stacked up on top of each other.
Sounds like a mod conflict, though I've never tried any of the weapon mods you have installed. It would be surprising that weapon mods should cause this kind of error, but it's hard to know what some mods are actually doing behind the scenes.

Some people have reported that placing Sim Settlements above Workshop Framework in their load order works better, though it isn't clear why that would be at the moment.

Also, have you tried a hard reset? (Hold power button for about 7 seconds forcing a full reboot of your Xbox One). Always worth a try when all else fails.

Unfortunately, you may just have to do some testing. Enable all your Sim Settlements mods, and then disable half of your remaining mods and try again. If the problem disappears, then you know at least one of the mods you disabled is responsible, so enable half of them again and run another test. If the problem persists, then disable another half of your remaining mods and try again. Keep repeating this process until you narrow down to the responsible mod (or mods). This is annoying and time-consuming, but it's really the most efficient method of testing, especially when you have no idea what may be causing the issue. If you do identify a conflict, share it here.

Hey thanks for your help as I put the sims Settlement 3 in one on top and it works now as I will let you know if I find anything else.
