Check My Settlement Tool [ANSWERED]

Does the Check My Settlement Tool calculate things like defense and food production according to the plot levels as they are at the time or what they will be when they match to the city level being tested? For example, an agricultural plot is only producing 2 food while I'm building my level 3 city plan. When I Check My Settlement, is it counting that plot as 2 food or whatever the level 3 production is (12?)?

It would count the current plot levels I believe

If you have a level 3 CP, then you want all plots to L3.
Basically for every CP level, you want all plots at the level they would be at in order for the city to level up to that level.

best to turn that off when your working in other settlements,the final check will find those items if you forget to turn it back on
