So ran this tool for Taffington, now that I'm finally done at level 3. Before running it, all the bars were full and happiness was over 90%.
Ran the tool the 1st time:
It said I needed +5 power, not sure why, but ok.
Then some ASAM warning popped up in the left corner saying something about "adding power completed" or some such.

I added a +10 power resource (+5 over it's recommendation) and re-ran the tool.
This time it said I had +15 too much power and still got same ASAM warning about 'adding power completed'.
Can anyone decipher what any of this means? I have the requisite power, so I'm not overly concerned, just trying to understand where it gets its numbers from.
