Question Can't get SS Conqueror to show up in MCM.

I give up... I'm doing something wrong and I just don't know what, so I'm asking for help please.

I am trying to run conqueror for the first time, I can get the damned thing to run (Jammer and his quest even did a invasion or two) but I never get the options in MCM, I never get the war planners desk (I know its supposed to be in SS furniture tab it isn't there I promise).

I've updated related mods, I've ensured framework is up and running... I've adjusted my load order manually and auto sort through loot, I've cleaned mods... removed all mods to go back to vanilla and only installed the 3-in-1 + Conq + Framework and still nothing (Well not nothing SS works and Conq works 90% but still no war planners desk) I've googled it for days I even used BING once (<shudder>).

The only thing I can think is there is something wrong with how Vortex installs the mod? Wyre Bash shows the Conq file in yellow while all others are green... but the only advice I've seen is to "Anneal" the installer but I've no idea what that is or how to do it.

Any suggestions?

vortex installs the mod perfectly fine. if you do it right.
can you post your load order as a starting point?

Oy vey - is your game up-to-date? Mods updated to latest versions is great, don't forget the game version.

I don't use Bash patches soooo I don't have a clue on that...

But unequivocally, I can tell you it is not Conqueror/SS...……………………….

(first of thank you guys for even replying I'm on verge of throwing in towel so its nice to get something)

My game is version 1.10.163 AFAIK up to date through steam, I admit I didn't think to check that. I'm fully willing to admit it is something I've done or something else going on.

I'm also not sure how to put up my load order other then to simply copy what was listed so...

That list will not cause you the problems.

Honestly, I would do this:
1) Steam - uninstall Fallout 4
2) find game directory - delete everything in it - everything means snapshots etc... (save elsewhere) - this folder must be empty to ensure no legacy issues.
3) if using nexus mod manager, go to top icon - folders - mods folder - virtual install - delete everything in there.
4) Re-install via steam
5) Steam - properties - local files - validate
6) Delete all creation club content from your Data folder - or save in another folder elsewhere.
7) Delete the mods listed - re-download from Nexus.
8) Install the mods
9) New game - ONLY - no other option - no prior saves, etc... NEW
10) should not be a problem from there

BUT, my load order is there... and almost 2,800 unique people have downloaded and used. This works.

No dice, BUT! Your suggestions were a massive help and I've figured it out.

While I was ripping everything out and putting it back (still same issue) I realized one of the first things I did back at release was altering my ini file to give myself a larger field of view. These settings stayed in place even through the re-install so I went and ripped out the my documents/games/Fallout4 folder.

Redid my settings and now its functioning as it should be. I have NO idea why the ini edits this way would cause the problems it did but I am pretty certain that is what did it.
