Cant aquire resources at HQ

I have supply lines to settlements that are producing excess scrap and have lvl 3 caravans but still no resources are stockpiled at HQ. Was hoping recent update would sort this, anyone have any ideas?

Ok, need to diagnose where exactly the problem is here.

When you're in HQ, does this part of the UI like the screenshot I'm attaching show up?
(ignore the exact numbers in this image, it was just the first image of that HUD element I had available)

yes im getting the HUD showing up with GNN, daily changes, netowrk stored etc but no values for any storage or any daily change. I have the HUD in settlements too and its showing i have positive daily change numbers for most materials (some are minus so not expecting any of them at HQ) at settlements that i have a supply aggreement to (sanctuary and starlight). I have level 3 caravans in both of those too.

Im not sure if its a caravan issue though (could be linked, not sure how the mechanism works) because i have links for settlements north (and including) starlight but none of them will link to Greygarden (cara plot just says "no cara services in range" at greygarden), castle also has no link but im assuming thats too far away until i establish settlements in between, grey garden certainly should have a link from starlight though based on the distance it seems.

So you definitely have a Supply Agreement set up through the Logistics Department to go back to one of those settlements?
Try removing that Agreement through the menus in HQ, give it a few minutes, then re-apply it.

Another thing to try is to head back to Sanctuary (for example) and Refresh the Caravan Plot.

Let me know if either of those do the trick.

I definetely have supply aggreements set up and i have severed/reenabled them after lastest ss2 update, didnt help. I will try the refresh plot at settlements with supply aggrements but im not confident, i know i upgraded starlights from L2 to L3 after i had the issue and didnt see any improvement.

Have tried refreshing, deleting and adding a new cara plot and even starting a new city plan at greygarden but nothing helped with the supply line issue there so im at a loss on whats causing that one.

No still nothing after refreshing plots. both issues still present, no resources and no caravan to grey garden.
cant figure out whats wrong here at all.

Im wondering whether its an issue with how much "energy" logistics department has. severed all routes and have two people in department (including Lupe as head) but still no energy now. will try firing everyone and reassigning see if that helps.

no that didnt help. im at a loss now as cant do any of the HQ content or progress story without having scrap at HQ

Just checking - when you are in a regular settlement, do the resources all show up okay?
If so, I'm afraid I'm no help. If not, that's your problem and I might be able to help.

Does the map with supply lines enabled look like this?

yea the resources in all settlements look fine, except from starlight and below as no caravans will link to anything north of stralight (have to use IDEK stations and force empire link)

i dont have any supply lines shown from the HQ no

@kinggath any ideas mate? I've asked this question in various forms on the forum a few times and doesn't seem like anyone can work out whats up. might be something in the scripts but im not a code wizard and wont know what im looking at haha.
