Solved Can't access city plans via desk

I just updated to the 4.2.5 3 in one.

When I tried to access the city plan via the city planner's desk (blueprint on the desk), nothing happens.

I can access the flag, the supplies and the terminal. Just not the city plan, any ideas?

Do you mean the list is blank? Or you cant even select the "Select plan" option.

If its the former, you sometimes have to wait a while for it to populate.

Normally when you activate the blueprint a list of options pop up...
Assign Leader
Choose plan
etc

Now, no list pops us at all...

OT: Nice avatar, ABB dual cobot... I got training for the Omron TM cobots myself...

And it doesn't even say "No plans available"?

OT: Have you used a Cobot yet? I haven't, but expect more to be used following this Virus!

Yeah, nothing happens at all...

Steps I've tried:
  • Rebuilding the desk
  • Leaving the settlement so it can unload then reload (Abernathy Farm to ArcJet)
  • Loading a game save that's before I updated not in a settlement
  • Attempt access at different settlements

OT: Used as in actual hands on training... But in terms actually using one to automate a production line not yet... Sadly, its a bit too "high-tech" for most of my clients here in the Philippines...

The 3-in-1 version I installed doesn't show HUD. It's useless to see many solutions. Does the 3-in-1 version need to add additional content? Hudframework has been installed, urban planning can't be used, leaders don't have it, the technology tree has been waiting for 60 seconds, sometimes it's suggested to use this function in the city boundary, but I use it in the city, and then it's always Scaffolds are in no progress,

Have you updated everything? I have just finished installing the basics on XBox, and all works ok

Ok. This is weird, but I had the same issue after reinstalling hub and framework. The only way I was able to resolve it was by setting the city planner and sitting in it as soon as I say it down. There was a small window where the icon showed up. If I waited too long it would disappear and I wouldn't be able to use it. I'm able to use it at my red rocket station without an issue now. I'll check to see if resolved my issue at the other settlements.
