Can I still enjoy Conqueror if I don't start fresh game and I've already built half of settlements?

So, basically, I've built maybe a half of the available settlements manually with sim plots and I was wondering if there is any point in activating Conqueror now?

Can I still enjoy its functionalities? Would enabling it mean that all the rest of the settlements will start to build up and I'd have to install a minutemen faction perk?

How would you, generally, go abound playing Conqueror on an existing save with settlements already owned?

EDIT: Actually I forgot to check my previous bug post and some of the comments there could answer this post - it seems like Conqueror was meant to be played on a fresh game (https://www.simsettlements.com/site...all-them-game-runs-normally.10347/#post-71605). But I'll leave this post up for more feedback.

You only need to load it at the beginning of a game if you want prebuilt settlements. If you enable it on an existing save, you can go talk to Jammer and do his quests, run assaults on your own or unowned settlements. (And I would guess whatever any of other faction packs let you do.)

1) Yes. Except Prebuilts,. That ship sailed. Requires starting a new game.

3.) No. Not required. Install only if you want to play MM faction pack.

You get new plots (Mess Hall, field hospital, and Armory) and 3x3 Farms, even if you don't ever talk to Jammer. Talk to Jammer if you want New Raider Quests. Slave collars. (Wouldn't you like to see those Snobs from the DC upper stands farming some dirt?)
