Question Can control vassal workshops (despite setting turned off)

Hey guys,

Have anyone else experienced this? I have taken Oberland Station as Vassal (Starlight Drive-in as Outpost) and despite having disabled "Control Vassal" I can walk up to the workbench.It then says "You are not allied to this settlement", then "You can now use the workshop", and I can use it...
Everything is pre-built if that matter.

Anyone else experienced this?

Also: Could this be because of IDEK Logistics? Since I might have opened the workbench through that?

NOTE: They are apparently also making upgrades... (setting is off)

So many unresolved bugs in conq, seems it was abandoned to finish SS2, makes me sad as the concept is so cool

Yeah very cool

I ended up doing most Conq quests... not all (too low FPS with lvl3 cities etc.)... and am now playing SS2.

Idk if you know or not but u can reset settlements in the city planners desk, ive been doing that as city plans hit fps and make settlers all wonky
