Question Building Layout stuck at 0% for an hour

So I exported my Sanctuary settlement via WSWF, used kinggath's tool to convert the script into an ESL and then used it to import it to a new game's Sanctuary. WSWF detected the Sanctuary layout correctly and then I clicked on Scrap then Build. For an entire hour, it was stuck at the message "Building Layout 0%". I tried it again with the regular import and it was still stuck at "Building Layout 0%". So I have "Clean and Simple", "Scrap Everything" and "Place Everywhere". I tried exporting it initially with both Scrap Profile On and Off; only the one with the Scrap Profile off worked.

Is the import function not compatible with these mods? Is there anything I'm missing or anything additional that I have to do?

Is this an Ad Hoc or are you using plots and what not too? Since you are using 2 incompatible mods I can see there might be issues. Since you used Scrap Everything the most broken mod you could possibly ever use, did you also make and add the 2 scrap profiles that you will need to your esl for your plan to work in the new game?

I haven't used any SS2 plots yet. I have built the entire settlement and all the foundations (e.g. 2x2 foundation blocks) where to place the plots; all I need to do is to lay down the plots to start my settlement. But what I have built is very detailed and took me some time, which is why I want to properly export this settlement.

Is there any other scrapping mod that SS2 supports other than Scrap Everything? Or should I use vanilla scrapping?

As for Scrap Profiles, I don't know how to create scrap profiles as I am fairly new to modding. I simply exported my settlement twice: once with Scrap Profiles turned ON from the WSWF Mod Config, another time with Scrap Profiles turned OFF from the WSWF Mod Config. Using the WSWF webtool, I created separate ESL files for each of these log exports. Only the one with the Scrap Profile turned OFF is recognized by the game. The ESL with the one which I exported with Scrap Profile turned ON would return something like "This settlement has no saved layouts available" when I try to import a layout from that ESL.

EDIT: Just in case, I'll attach the log file to this post.

In the first place, I want to export my settlement and start over because I started my new game with these quest mods on for the first time: Outcasts & Remnants, Project Valkyrie, 50 Ways to Die at Dr. Nick's, Fusion City Rising, Depravity, Welcome to Goodneighbor, Commonwealth Responders, Subversion, Old Time Religion, and the Machine & Her. In the SS2 Known Issues, it is mentioned that SS2 should not be played with some of these mods on. Hence, if the exporting is not possible, I would like to know if there is a way to properly continue SS2 with these mods on; for example, if I finish Fallout 4 without taking part in those quests. Then I would be able to continue this save file and not export the settlement.

So point one yes, Raze My Settlement and Clean My Settlement are both great and work well with SS2 for scrapping as well as Place Anywhere's extra object selection feature. As for scrap profiles. You have to do 2 separate exports. One of the completely UNTOUCHED settlement, and then one after you have scrapped everything you want. Those are your Scrap profiles and you will need those when you go to make your final City Plan or whatever file. You don't need to do these for Vanilla settlements normally but if you use Scrap Everything, which again I suggest you ditch and then start a new save, you do. Also if you ever build at a non-vanilla mod added settlement you need to create scrap profiles as well.

Now on to these mods, Outcasts & Remnants, Project Valkyrie, Fusion City Rising, Depravity. All have been known to break the ss2 questline in different ways.

Hope that clears some of that up. As for continuing that save I have no advice except if it were me getting this info I wouldn't. I would get rid of all the mods that I have heard break stuff and start all over. In fact I have had to do it many time so far. I know that sounds rough after all the work you did. I hope you can get the export before you need to do that.

Alright, thanks for letting me know. I'll remove these mods and, just to be safe, other quests mods by these mod authors.

Thanks for letting me know this as well. Will help out a lot.

I'll try one last time this way. If I can salvage anything of the settlement, good for me; if not, I'll do it again. Thanks a lot for clarifying a lot of the information I needed for a newer playthrough.
