Ok, this is somewhat weird. After downloading the megapack city plans, I went through all the ones I wanted and installed. Went onto Nexus and downloaded all dependencies and add ons required for the city plans. After building my first 3 city plans according to the ones I downloaded, all was fine, but upon doing the fourth plan I ran into an issue. When I select my settler as mayor, I go through the motions to build, yet when the fly over is finished, it's not the one I downloaded, just the vanilla one. After about 4 or 5 attempts, still the vanilla build. On the sixth attempt, I decided to remove the power armour unit in the garage, placed it outside the boundary lines, then went onto build, it then let me build the city plan I selected. Weird glitch or what, all fine now that I got the city plan built, but still a strange event.
