Bug Report: Handful of Caps wrong quest marker

I grabbed my first quest from Mister Handsy it says; "Recover Stash from Nuka-World Power Plant", however the map marker shows the "Lexington Pharmacy" under the apartments.
The quest marker is in fact over the door, but when you enter inside, the marker is back on the door showing the Commonwealth.

I haven't been to Nuka World yet and I don't want to for now. So I'm not sure if it'll show the right marker once I'm there.
Is these "stash" quest from Hnadsy radiant? If so, could it please be patched not to give quests from other worlds unless they've been visited.

Yes, Mr. Handsy's Stash quests are located in random locations.
Requests to limit the random locations to the Commonwealth has been requested before.
I'd like that as well. Unfortunately, the dev team is busy with Chapter 2.
