Question Bottleneck Quest Breaks after 2nd Blockade?

In short, as the title, but after taking down the second blockade and Ophelia teleports, the quest to meet her at the 3rd blockade autocompletes, and I can't see anything in the area where the quest marker *used* to point to.

Where was the 3rd quest marker leading you to?
It should be on the road that leads from County Crossing towards the satellites, close to Finch Farm where a Mr Gusty hangs around.

Yes, I ran into minor issues with the camera on Pandora's introduction, and Rook/Skeezits were naked for some reason, but beyond that, no issues with the rest of the questline so far.
