Bhramin Milk not Reducing rads

I was delighted to find fresh Brahmin milk in my workshop, but unfortunately it did not reduce rads as advertised.

Tastes great, though!

It's working fine in my game. I use it fairly often. Perhaps a load order issue?

Also note that it only clears up 50 rads, so 5% of your health bar and 1/6 of what a RadAway does. It's not a huge reduction from one bottle.
