Becoming a Floating Head....ie Body turns invisible

Hey guys,

Just updated Sim Settlements and installed Workshop Plus, and I think I have encountered a bug, but not sure.

When exiting workshop mode my body disappeared, then it came back after a few seconds, but once I traveled to another settlement and entered workshop mode it disappeared for good, and nothing I did brought it back.

Did a search and couldn't find anything, and the only thing I have changed was adding Workshop Plus into my mod order.

Thoughts?

Thanks.

I did some quick no scientific experimentation. My findings.

Every time I leave workshop mode my head is the only thing that renders then about a second later my body and clothing pop in.

I disabled the invisible feature in Workshop Plus and my head still appears first and body pops in, but my body always returned. I tried this about 10 times I fast traveled between settlements and my body always came back.

Guess I should have tried it with invisibility mode turned on...sheesh what a scientist!

Update: Well I went back and did more experiments with invisibility mode turned back on and everything went fine, so wondering it this was an initial mod loading issue, or maybe just a once in a while thing, I guess we will find out over time.

Seeing as you're changed into a bloatfly with a human head... (The Fly) Your body & clothing is the last to change back. Staying in 1st person will prevent seeing that transition.

I have got to get a picture of my protagonist with a bloatfly body for Halloween! hahahaha. Where is a mirror when you need one! :!honeybee:

Basically - you need to stay in First Person mode until the flight turns itself off. The way WS+ accomplishes it is changing you into a flying creature, unfortunately that creature has no body....

Oh, I was just kidding around.

Workshop mode has turned into a whole new level of convenience, enjoyment and entertainment for me.

Bumping into the corpses still fascinates me. Sending them into low earth orbit is hilarious!

I’ve been hoping one night while working late on a settlement to capture an ET’isc kind of screenshot with a dead raider or mole rat floating by the moon. Hahaha It could happen. Maybe?

Since WF/WS+ came out pra’s shovel is feeling a bit lonely without any bodies to bury.

All and All, thank you KG for invigorating the FO4 experience yet again! Tons and tons of imagination and fun to be had here!
