ASAMs stopped working

Hi,
I have a problem with the ASAM's. Recently, in my install, they stopped working. If I place a new one anywhere, it does not start building. Nothing appears.
Also, with the ASAM's that are already placed, IF I click on the 'Activate' option, it beeps, but nothing happens. If I click on 'View details', it shows the details properly.
I tried to reinstall the mod, but it didn't help.
Any suggestion on what I should do to repair the install?

PS:
Running with ModManager 2. Installed using the "Chapter 3 full file" (Sim Settlements 2 - All Chapters Pack).

Some change.
I updated the mod to version 3.2 (had 3.0RC4). After entering the game, on the city manager holotape, I ran the "quest fixes" option, applying for the two quests listed in it.

At first, nothing happened, but after about five minutes I started seeing multiples messages of resources in multiple settlements being built/updated/upgrade. Also, suddenly the "Activate" screen started showing multiple times (probably some queue was unlocked), and it seems to be working now.

Sounds like you had some pretty major script lag/backlog. Glad the update cleared it up.
